i’m leaning strongly towards the idea of renovating with a new tile floor in my kitchen. i’d love a vintage-looking tile with a great graphic design — something kind of simple but with a moroccan or spanish vibe, and i love this one featured in micasa. It’s a beautiful apartment in Madrid, in an early twentieth-century building, a vintage classic restored and decorated in an eclectic style, combining classic furniture with vintage elements in perfect balance. i thought it would be fun to ‘get the look’ of this gorgeous dining area.
1. fireclay tile lets you design your own color palette, so i played with that a little and came up with this design. granada tile lets you do the same — they’re both fun online tools for designing a look all your own; 2. yliving carries both the white eames Molded Plastic Armchair with Dowel-Leg Base; 3. and the black side chairs; 4. the Himmeli Light Diamond Cage pendant in copper is available at panselinos on etsy; and 5. this Antique French Louis XVI Walnut Dining Table i found on chairish is a pretty good match to their lovely table.
